InfoComm 2026, held June 13-19 in Las Vegas, Nevada, brought together the global pro AV industry for a week of innovation, education, networking, and business development. The show welcomed 28,132 verified attendees from 94 countries, with international attendance representing 20% of attendees, and end users representing 37%. Total registrants totaled 35,707.
InfoComm 2026 hosted 807 exhibitors and 395,500 net square feet of show floor space across the Las Vegas Convention Center, showcasing the latest technologies in audiovisual solutions, collaboration, retail, broadcast, digital signage, AI-driven systems, workplace innovation, immersive experiences, and more.

A Defining Year for AI, Work, and Experience
Artificial intelligence emerged as a defining theme throughout the event, spanning keynote presentations, education sessions, show floor experiences, and exhibitor demonstrations. Attendees explored how AI is being applied to workplace collaboration, content creation, customer engagement, enterprise communications, and operational efficiency.
The show featured four immersive show floor activations that brought these trends to life:
Smart Workplace, powered by FORTÉ, demonstrated how integrated technologies, AI-enabled collaboration, workplace analytics, and enterprise communications systems are creating more intelligent and connected work environments.
The Pitch, powered by Diversified, showcased the convergence of sports, broadcast, live events, and fan engagement technologies through a dynamic environment featuring production workflows, collaboration spaces, premium hospitality experiences, and interactive audience engagement.
Retail Experience, in collaboration with Bluesound Professional, BrightSign, Poppulo, and Samsung, explored how AI, digital signage, content strategy, and connected systems are transforming customer engagement and in-store experiences by how brands are leveraging immersive experiences, personalized content and engaging customer journeys.
AVIXA TV transformed the show floor into a working broadcast studio, showcasing live production workflows, content creation, and industry conversations while providing attendees with a hands-on look at the technologies and techniques driving today's broadcast and media environments.
Keynotes Highlight the Future
In Wednesday's opening keynote, Ilya Bukshteyn, Corporate Vice President for Microsoft Teams Calling, Meetings and Devices, outlined Microsoft's vision for AI-powered communication and collaboration, highlighting new voice agents for Microsoft Teams Phone, enhanced Teams Rooms capabilities, AI-driven meeting experiences, and new collaboration tools designed to create more connected, productive, and inclusive workplaces. The keynote demonstrated how Microsoft's expanding AI ecosystem is helping organizations streamline routine tasks, improve hybrid collaboration, and enable employees to focus on higher-value work.
In Thursday's keynote, Espen Løberg, Vice President and General Manager, Collaboration Devices at Cisco, shared the company's vision for Connected Intelligence, where AI-powered collaboration technologies seamlessly connect people, places, and purpose. Highlighting innovations such as the AI-powered Director Agent and the concept of "Distance Zero," Løberg demonstrated how intelligent systems and open collaboration ecosystems are transforming hybrid work by creating more immersive, productive, and equitable experiences across any platform including Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, and Zoom.
The AVIXA Women's Breakfast drew hundreds of attendees and featured keynote speaker Mariana Atencio, Peabody Award-winning journalist, entrepreneur, and bestselling author, who delivered her presentation, "Real Matters: Building Trust in an Unreal World," focused on authenticity, leadership, and trust in the age of AI.
Media Day Debuts
InfoComm 2026 introduced its first-ever Media Day, providing attending journalists and analysts with curated tours of major announcements and innovations across the show floor. The Future of Work and Future of Experience tours featured leading exhibitors showcasing new technologies, strategic partnerships, and product launches spanning enterprise collaboration, broadcast, live events, and immersive experiences. Verified media attendance grew 35% at this year’s show.
Education and Industry Insights
The InfoComm 2026 education program featured over 300 sessions covering AI, workplace technology, broadcast AV, digital signage, enterprise IT, collaboration, experience design, and integrated systems. Highlights included the new AI Accelerator, Vision Stage programming, Spotlight Stage presentations, and expert-led discussions exploring the future of the industry.
Attendees also participated in specialized experiences including Future Workplace and Future Retail show floor tours, the Broadcast AV Tour, and Integrated Experience Tours that showcased real-world applications of AV technology throughout Las Vegas.
InfoComm 2026 also brought together media and industry analysts for exclusive briefings featuring AVIXA research and market intelligence, as well as a dedicated analyst session with Microsoft focused on the future of AI-powered collaboration and workplace technology. These discussions explored the trends driving growth across the AV industry, including AI, workplace transformation, broadcast convergence, and emerging opportunities for technology providers and end users.
Industry Connections and Professional Development
Throughout the week, attendees participated in networking events, certification exams, community gatherings, and industry discussions designed to foster collaboration and accelerate innovation across the AV ecosystem.
Several attendees took the Certified Technology Specialist (CTS) and Audiovisual Network Professional (ANP) exams. A total of 129 attendees earned their CTS at the show – 74 earned their CTS, 24 attained CTS-D (Design), and 13 attained CTS-I (Installation). The total number of CTS holders is now over 15,800. In addition, 18 attendees earned their Audiovisual Network Professional (ANP) certification, bringing the total number of ANP certification holders to 389.
Looking Ahead to InfoComm 2027
InfoComm 2026 also served as the launchpad for RESIDE, a new event focused on the residential integration market that will debut alongside Lightapalooza at InfoComm 2027. Developed through a partnership between AVIXA, HTSA, and ProSource, the event underscores the increasing convergence of residential and commercial AV technologies and the growing opportunities across both markets.
InfoComm 2027 will take place in Orlando, Florida from June 12-18.
